Equine Solutions - Stable Management
A complete solution for the management of Horses and Horse related business. Perfect for Breeding Operations, Training Stables, PMU Farms and Boarding Stables. Anyone with a need to effectively manage the day to day and long term information about horses they work with. Integrated bookkeeping for expenses, Invoicing, Recoverable expenses and Detailed record keeping offer a concise way to track expenses and invoice customers. Batch entry for Vaccinations, Worming, Feeding and Farrier work permits quick recording of information for multiple horses. Track reproduction programs from Teasing through Breeding and onto Birth. Follow the performance of each animal through the Show Management section.
Equine Solutions provides an easy to use and intuitive way of organising and running your horse business. The program is in use by Boarding Stables, Breeding Farms, Equine Schools, Research Organisations and Ranch owners with the same success. Currently under management are horse groups that range from 3 to 1000 head. Featuring integrated bookkeeping and reporting Equine Solutions allows the user to work from the horses perspective while satisfying business requirements. There are three status selections to indicate how the horse's costs are recorded: (Owned by the user); (Owned by a boarder); or, (not currently being managed). Equine Solutions provides for Maintenance, Medical, Reproduction, Performance, Pedigree and Cost tracking and reporting. Reports will show what was done, when, by whom, the costs and follow-up information. Maintenance includes Farrier, Vaccinations, Worming, Diet and Special Care. Batch entry of these events is available where common information is entered i.e. worming and vaccinations. Medical problems are entered showing Problem, Treatment and Resolution, Cost and the care provider. Record Coggins, Health Certificates, Ultrasound, Rectal, Speculum and Testicular Examinations and Allergies. Reproduction may be entered from either the Stallion or Mare's perspective. Equine Solutions provides complete record keeping for planning, teasing, breeding, pregnancy and birth. Very detailed selections maintain a history of each horses reproduction cycles. Four reproduction methods are available: Pasture; Natural Cover; Artificial Insemination; and, Embryo Transfer. Semen Collections may be recorded, analysis entered and usage tracked. Teasing is tracked using a colour coded calendar with entries for examination details. Where a pregnancy does not achieve a live birth information specific to the outcome may be recorded. When a live birth is recorded a pedigree is started for the foal and the Reproduction History for both Mare and Stallion saved. Performance may be tracked using the Show Management module. Shows may be run or just the results entered. The pedigree section provides an easy to use method of recording and following a horses history. As horses are entered they become available to the pedigree manager. As pedigrees are built a breeding history is formed for each horse. Horses entered through the pedigree manager have their status set to prevent them from showing in the master horse list. This may be changed as required. An bookkeeping system is included to assist in managing your horse business. Features include Chart of Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and reporting. Kinesi Systems recommends an accounting professional be consulted when setting up a business bookkeeping system.

ESM Dressage - Scoring and Show Management
Manage a Dressage Show with ease. Set up a show with the Classes, stabling and other facilities being offered. Record Entries, entry fees are calculated based on classes and facilities requested by entrant. On Show Day, Enter the judges scores directly. ESM will Calculate scores and percentages to the third decimal point and print results. Ties are broken using the Submission, Impulsion and Pace collectives automatically. Where a class consists of a single entrant, the placing is determined by the score. Setup High Point competitions and determine results. Reports are suitable for submission to national and international authorities.
